There is a 7-minute grace period. If you are more than 7 minutes late, we may not have enough time to perform the service, and you may need to be rescheduled. Please text me if you’re running late and I will do my best to accommodate.

There is a 24 hour Cancellation policy. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled service. NO CALL/ NO SHOW will incur a NO SHOW Fee of 100% of scheduled service.

No Refunds for services rendered.

Once a service has been performed, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the results for any reason, please contact me within 48 hours, and we will gladly provide an adjustment or remedy at no additional charge.

Packages and Memberships:

Pre-paid Packages and Memberships are non-refundable. However any accrued credits can be used as cash value towards full-priced services or products.

Gift Cards:

All gift cards are non-refundable.  They may be used at the spa towards services and products only.

Products:

• Unopened products may be returned within 21 days of purchase date for a full refund or exchange.  Must provide proof of purchase.

• Opened/Used products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless the product itself is defective or has caused an adverse reaction.  Must provide proof of the issue at hand and must contact me within 10 days of purchase.
